Das sind deine Aufgaben

Du wirst Teil unseres Produktteams und entwickelst gemeinsam mit mehreren Entwicklern innovative, skalierbare Lösungen im Bereich der Psychotherapie.
Gemeinsam mit deinem Scrum-Team setzt du das commitete Sprint Backlog unter Berücksichtigung von Wert, Nachhaltigkeit und Qualität erfolgreich um.
Du bearbeitest eigenverantwortlich Stories und Tickets mit hoher Zuverlässigkeit und Effizienz.
Du bist aktiv an Code Reviews beteiligt und trägst zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Codequalität bei.
Du arbeitest eng mit unserem CTO zusammen und bringst deine Expertise ein, um die technischen Ziele unseres Produktes zu erreichen.

Das bringst du mit

Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im IT-Bereich oder vergleichbare praktische Erfahrung
Du bringst mindestens 3 Jahre praktische Berufserfahrung in der Entwicklung moderner Web- und/oder Mobile-Anwendungen mit
Du beherrschst folgende Programmiersprachen und Tools auf einem sehr guten Niveau:
- Frontend: HTML, CSS (SCSS), JavaScript (ES6+), React, React Native
- Build & Testing: Webpack, Babel, Jest, E2E-Testing, ESLint, Prettier
- Backend & Tools: Node, NPM, Docker, Git
Du interessierst dich für Verschlüsselungsmethoden und Machine Learning
Du kennst dich mit Continuous Delivery und agilen Methoden aus
Du löst gerne komplexe Probleme und bist innovativ
Du bist bereit, dein Wissen mit dem Team zu teilen
Du sprichst fließend Englisch, Deutsch ist ein Plus

Code that changes lives! At Elona Health, we develop digital health applications that actively support people with mental illnesses in their therapy and help psychotherapists choose the perfect treatments based on data. Our products, elona therapy Depression and elona explore, are approved by the BfArM as “apps on prescription,” meaning they are reimbursed by all statutory health insurance companies and are already in use nationwide in Germany. Now we are looking for you to build scalable, secure, and intuitive solutions that have a real impact every day.

Your responsibilities

You will be part of our product team and develop innovative, scalable solutions in the field of psychotherapy together with several developers.
Together with your Scrum team, you will successfully implement the sprint backlog, taking into account value, sustainability and quality.
You work independently on stories and tickets with high reliability and efficiency.
You are actively involved in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of code quality.
You work closely with our CTO and contribute your expertise to achieve the technical goals of our product.

What we are looking for

You have a degree in IT or comparable practical experience
You have at least 3 years of practical professional experience in the development of modern web and/or mobile applications
You have a very good command of the following programming languages and tools:
- Frontend: HTML, CSS (SCSS), JavaScript (ES6+), React, React Native
- Build & Testing: Webpack, Babel, Jest, E2E-Testing, ESLint, Prettier
- Backend & Tools: Node, NPM, Docker, Git
You are interested in encryption methods and machine learning
You are familiar with continuous delivery and agile methods
You enjoy solving complex problems and are innovative
You are willing to share your knowledge with the team
You are fluent in English; German is a plus
